Well, in this context, "素でやります"（"素" should be read as "す" here） means like that Ohno would play the love scene as real natural himself, not act too much as a role in the play. Hope this helps. :)

I can't imagine either how Oh-chan would play kiss scene or something like that... on the stage every day!
