i had to separate my posts for my own good. x:
it may be just me...but i thought they looked really tired throughout their performances, especially we can make it. they look so tired throughout. i think this has a lot to do with them singing neither songs live. they all look so worn out. especially sho and nino. i mean in general all the members look really down. you can compare this performance to a lot of their other performances and their faces look so...stiff? (stiff as in not smiling) my personal take on it is that they look really tired.
i can't help but to think back to the docu special on nino. how he had to fly from paris to japan and had to go straight into drama filming. lately they've been so busy, all of them. while i'm glad that they have so much work, and i know johnny's is pushing them while they are hot, but at the same time it always makes me think back to when aiba was in the hospital, and when nino had to get shots every day in order for him to be able to do concerts. during nice na kokoroiki, there is ONE performance when aiba chan is sitting on a chair, and the rest are dancing. a few months ago i posted a translation of when the arashi member's shed tears, and aiba's was when he was really sick and came to the filming really late, and the staff got really mad at him. then nino got down on his knees and apologized on behalf of aiba chan. in any case that incident occurs from the performance when aiba was seated and the other members are dancing. if our guys were STRONG guys that were healthy, then i wouldn't mind how far johnny pushed them, but like nino, aiba, and jun...they're always getting so sick. i'm glad that this summer will be all about arashi, but more than being excited, i'm worried. july and august, i can't possibly imagine how hard it's going to be on all of them, physically.
anyway...i feel like they are already worn out. x: they've been working non stop ever since summer of 06. movies, butais, dramas...i mean this is normal for johnny's but i just feel like arashi has been doing a lot more than usual. there's no rest period in between anything it's just one thing to the next. i only think this because they just look SO tired in the performance. i thought they were sick.not to mention...nino. around 1:00 minute of the we can make it, nino messes up his dance and you see him cringing, and for some reason that broke my heart. nino is known not to mess up. from his docu, the commentator says that even though nino plays his game and although he's the one that is least attentive, he never misses a step. he's not the one to make mistakes, which makes me believe that he's probably not feeling up to par. and saku...he's usually so into the song and he's always smiling...but he almost never smiles in this performance. once again someone that isn't a fan is going to be like "you're stupid! you sound idiotic" but WHATEVER!
anyway ... :(
i hope they get some off time, at least before the natsucon, but looking at their schedules i highly doubt it. i think i have news on ohno & jun...but i can't say of it right now. will release when appropriate.

I was astonished when I looked at nino's face in joutetsu tairiku, because he had eyebags down to his mouth!! O__O this guys really don't get enough sleep, and everyday they look thinner and thinner... I just hope they get a few days off to take a breath or someone's going to collapse...
I'm glad they're getting loads of jobs and popularity, but JE should understand that Arashi (and other idols) are human beings that NEED some rest... I'm not really into other idol groups, so I don't know how much work thet get, but it seems like Arashi are always doing a lot more than the other groups..
I really hope they take good care of themeselves...
You were right again, we do LOVE to see more of them but at the same time we do WORRIED more over the consequences - the more they show up, the more work they do, means the less time they had for themselves to relax....And yeah, to see Nino cringed do broke my heart too ~_~" poor Nino-kun...

Everyone is getting so worried nowadays. There's even some rumors of a new movie or album too...That's really great and awesome, and all this attention work is very fulfilling for their career too, but it's just not good if they are beating themselves and sacrificing too much of their health for it.
I thought something's going wrong, I mean Jun is not like Ohno when it comes to singing, but in MS last week, I thought being off like that at the start of We Can Make it was like a sign. They must really be getting tired. And now Nino too. I thought in Jounetsu it might just be the flying or the jetlag, he didn't quite smile that much, but the pressure must be piling now.
I agree with you so much on the bit of rest before Natsucon. Even for a few days, I think it's necessary. It wouldn't do to have them go around Japan and tour like that all ragged and catching up on their breaths.
I really hope they all try to stay as healthy as possible! And that no one gets sick!! ~_~

after reading your post I suddelnly remmebered that post above and felt sad. For them to wrk that hard .. they truly deserve all the love from their fans.
maybe its the fan on us that makes us notice even the slightest changes on them. I remeber my frend telling me yesterday that they really looked tired in their perfs.

and yes, i must agree...they must be bone-tired.
don't want any of them to get sick again...not for aibna-chan to get somelung infection again or for nino-chan to get shots again just to be able to performed.
i as even surprised that just right after their Dome cons, the scheds for their summer con was out already.
knowing arashi they'd surely do their bes so as not to disappoint their fans. but i think someone would also at least look after their health amidst their hectic schedules. :(
I really think JE pushes their boys too hard. I saw Neener's face in the performance and my heart broke. T_T
our boys are being push too hard to work...but i read that they only get a salary .? like a certain percentage of their income and the rest goes to johnny office..

on second thought, this is not about money, but the friendships they made and the fulfillment they get everytime they complete a project...the boys love their fans ne!!
i still hope they get enough rest...we want to see more of our boys being so genki and all..
OMG. First I saw it i didn't think much but as I kept rewatching it a couple of things stood out:
- they were not in-sync. Usually Arashi moves as one, but in this performance they all moved in different directions it looked sloppy.
- sho did not smile and I agree he usually does smile. Which hinted that something was not right.
- nino looks like he was about to pass out and was FORCING himself to sing.
- they are all dead tired. They were not as energetic
This is the usual for JE but I really hope they know that Arash are HUMAN too.
i feel sad that Johnny is tiring the boys out... i get it that in this business its all about sales sales and sales (get em while their hot!)
but, i think Johnny should take into consideration of the members health... If something were to happen to anyone of them... i think the fans will be really sad and angry.... pleaseee Johnny, give them a break.... even if they decline please force them to take a break...
I feel sad now, i just feel like i'm going to cry... =(
