here is the outcome (sorry for it being so simple)
even if i "borrowed" an old layout that i had done with the domyoji makino winamp skin..
this skin still took FOREVER ... but i am FINALLY done.
4 hours of work and here is the final outcome. sort of plain isn't it x:
