i say these things only because they have happened. if you must share the softsubs...please just direct them here. i have uploaded the file onto my own personal site so that it won't expire. unless i run out of monthly bandwith...you guys can d/L as you please. ^^* enjoy enjoy enjoy! i give everyone episode one soft subs because i would like to be a good fan and make a good impression as an ARASHI fan. starting next week i won't be able to be able to be so generous, but i will still hard sub and i will do them quicker. so please...next week don't dL the raw and come complaining to me. please refrain from messaging me. if you take my subs i would appreciate a little comment if possible, but i guess that's up to you. i caught a few mistakes in my subs...please forgive me...i edited the subs myself but i didn't catch a few. the hardsubbed file will be finished uploading tomorrow. i have left a clubbox link to my box after the soft sub links.

Anyways, YAY! Thank you so much for your hard work. I was definitely one of those "Aww... why can't you release softsubs?" people (but wait! I didn't send you annoying messages!) so I really really really appreciate your understanding and releasing the soft subs. I really love Arashi's "Love so Sweet" so I will definitely buy that once it's released at the Japanese music store.

Okay, I'm not too bright. But what does one do with a soft-subs file? Do you have to somehow add it to the video file already on one's computer? Sorry, I've never done this before.

omgosh thank you soooo very much!! you just made me so happy ^^ I really don't like waiting for hard subs, or redownloading hard subs after getting the raws...i still like soft subs the best. i know a lot of people feel the same, so i hope you will keep subbing! i truly appreciate it. by the way, might you consider posting your soft subs on d-addicts subtitles forums? many many people are waiting for the subs there, so if you distributed them there, i know you'd make a lot of people happy =) leaving them here is fine too, if that's what you prefer ^^

Er, I think I was able to download the file from the link... I don't really know how this works at all actually. Do the softsubs you just put up only work with clubbox? If so, then yes, please please megaupload. :)

It would be super duper awesome if you put the files on Megaupload. I just got a quick subscription to them b/c of http://silentregrets.com, which hosts Jdorama, Twdrama, and Kdrama.

Also, you can play use Media Player Classic to play softsubs. You can d/l Media Player Classic from:

Basically, you go to File --> Open, and list the movie. In the "Dubs" line, you browse for the .srt file.

I renamed the filename for softsubs, but when I double click on them nothing happens. And when I open up the video there are no subs still... I'm sorry for all this trouble, is there something else I need to do to the files?

you have to use media player classic. just download media player classic here.

1: You should have 2 files. One video, one softsub. Make sure that both files are located in the same folder
2: Make sure that you have media player classic.
If at this step it still doesn't work, you may need a couple more programs. If so, search on google and download directx and vobsub. Both are free. Install them.
3: Open the movie file with media player classic. DO NOT OPEN THE SUBS!!! They should work automatically. If they don't show up, click on vobsub and check its settings.

If none of this works, it is still possible to open the movie and open the softubs with notepad. You can read along as the movie plays.

Hope that helps! If you need more help, I would suggest going to daddicts. They have a very good tutorial there.
