to those that do GRAPHICS

i need someone to design a layout x:
you do not have to do the coding.
just give me a graphics of it and it will be coded by someone else.
there is not that much that will be on it...
it's a very simple site...
so only a few things need to be included...

a small area for an explanation of the site
a small area to input information
and the main page will be all the data/text/content whatever you want to call it.

okay now here is where it gets slightly complicated...
there needs to be an area where little country flags will be lined up or however you want to design it.
whatever flag you click...the page will reload to the language of that country.

you DO NOT have to use a johnny's picture...
there doesn't have to be a main image graphic...
it can just say "Johnny's International"

but if you do want to use a picture..
i'm very specific about how i want it. x: (ocd ocd sorry)
say there is an american flag, french flag, and a malaysian flag.
if i click on the american flag...
the page will load with the main picture being arashi...
the text will all be in english.
say i click on the french flag the page will load with a picture of kanjani and be in french.
got it?

i was thinking of having one main graphic...and then that way it's one layout...
but then...how do you fit every single johnny's group without making the website look cluttered and ugly?
in any case....
